In a week when My Little Pony, Phase 10, and Transformers were all inducted into The Toy Hall of Fame, when we learned how gophers helped to regenerate life on Mount St. Helens after the 1980 eruption, when the bells of Notre Dame rang out for the first time in four years, when two lost cities along the Silk Road were discovered, changing our understanding of the ancient trade route, when over 1,000 mariachis gathered in Mexico City to break the Guinness World Record for the largest mariachis band, and when the annual Rockefeller Center Christmas tree has arrived in NYC to be strung with 5 miles (50,000+) of LED lights, we’re still talking board games here at Meeple Mountain.
